Lance Lee is a Pullman local & WSU Murrow College alum active in the hospitality industry. He serves restaurants, bars, cafes, & clubs.
As a student at WSU, Lance Lee tried anything & everything he could during his 5 year term in Pullman.
He held nearly a dozen different jobs & leadership roles in Pullman while completing his studies, visiting family often, & traveling on missions with his church.
By year 4, Lance had already held student journalist positions as a photojournalist, news editor, entertainment editor, & the coveted editor-in-chief.
During his time as editor-in-chief, he co-lead the social media department & was already deep in the social media marketing world for both himself & local businesses.
Lance stayed at WSU an extra year to earn a marketing degree, which also offered fresh internship opportunities & more work.
His first opportunity outside of the classroom this 5th year was joining a pilot project led by Rebecca Cooney and her husband Chris - titled the Murrow Innovation Community.
Through his pilot project, our team planned and coordinated the first Adobe Creative Jam event & worked with clients in UX design, app development, & fundraising.
After graduating, Lance handled the third biggest social media campaign outside of WSU Football & College GameDay when ESPN visited Pullman during Minshew Mania.
Between GameDay & the pandemic, Lance continued to travel & began working with businesses outside of Pullman.
In 2020, Lance adopted clients in 5 different states - including a brewery in Wyoming distributing to 19 states & 6 countries.
In 2021, Lance pursued a new adventure as a Client Relations Specialist for an event studio in Seattle.
Ultimately, Lance missed his home in Pullman & returned late 2022 to continue leading his teams & content creating for small businesses.
Through Media by Lance Lee, Lance independently contracts as a search engine optimization expert, mobile-first videographer, social media marketing consultant, and photographer.
Lance builds & manages talented teams who create fun & relevant content or social media strategies for many regional businesses.
